1. All tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled.

2. Event producers have the right to deny entrance to any ticket owner who appears to be under the influence of or enter the area in possession of dangerous objects or/and illegal substances.

3. Ticket holders are responsible for their entrance into the event. All cruises depart exactly on time. Ticket holders that are not at the dock by departure time, may not be admitted to the event. Passengers are encouraged to check-in 30 minutes before departure.

4. The Rainbow Times, LLC and event producers are not responsible for any loss, injury or destruction of property during the event, including damage, robbery or loss of property caused by negligence of the ticket owner or other attendees or third parties.

5. Tickets are not transferrable. Attendees must check in with the registration table prior to boarding the cruise. Ticket holders names will be on the list at the dock.

6. IDs will be checked by the crew prior to boarding. If any ticket holder is under the age of 21, a hand stamp will be provided to indicate legal age.

7. All passengers must attend with the intent to have a Happy Pride!
